Return Policy

When it comes to returns, exchanges and refunds; we are happy to assist you however please keep in mind that this isn’t Kmart and we aren’t able to provide returns and refunds if you change your mind. We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for some items but this is a case by case basis and at the discretion of PZP Pty Ltd and it’s team. Please note a 10% re-stocking fee applies to exchanges and store credits.

Please remember, you are not entitled to return a product if there is no breach of a consumer guarantee, for example, if you:
 –  changed your mind.
– ordered the wrong product.
 – found the product cheaper elsewhere.
 – damaged the product by misusing it (e.g. you dropped your mobile phone in water).
 – used the product for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.

If an item you received from PZP is faulty, you may be eligible for a refund or an exchange of the same item. Proof of purchase is required as well as an inspection of the faulty item.

An item can be classified as faulty when a major problem is present, this is when the item:
 – has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
 – is unsafe.
 – is significantly different from the sample or description.
 – doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If eligible for a refund the item must be returned to PZP. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any decrease in value.

If requesting a refund this must be done within 30 days of purchasing the product in store or online. This can be done by sending us an email, calling our store directly or in person at your local PZP store.

This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
